Local care provider performs installation: (Recommended) Many healthcare providers can provide this service, often at no extra cost to you. ROWHEELS has worked with numerous healthcare providers across the USA to provide them the necessary support they require to deliver the best service for you. Simply put ROWHEELS in contact with your chosen care provider and we will manage it for you. Cost: There may be no cost involved.
ROWHEELS installation: (Recommended) Ship your wheelchair to ROWHEELS, and in most cases, we can fit your chosen wheelset to your wheelchair within 2 business days. We will send you a loaner wheelchair during this time. Cost:
A. With loan wheelchair: $300 – return shipping included.
ROWHEELS installation: (Recommended) Ship your wheelchair to ROWHEELS, and in most cases, we can fit your chosen wheelset to your wheelchair within 2 business days. Cost:
B. Without a loan wheelchair: $150 – return shipping included.
Local ATP or PT installation: ROWHEELS has a growing network of independent, licensed ATPs and PTs that will come to your home/place of care to fit your new wheelset, as well as give you an introductory instructions to get you Rolling the Right Way as soon as possible. Cost: $400
Self-Installation: If you are so inclined and able, we can offer remote assistance (including a live video link) to help you step-by-step through the fitting process. This would normally take about one hour. Cost: No charge for one hour of ROWHEELS support.
